– Client cooperation: Before requesting a refund, the client must discuss the issue with us and cooperate in attempting to resolve the problem.
– Proof: The client must provide clear proof of dissatisfaction related to the service.

Refund Processing:

Review: Upon receiving your application, we will review it. During this review, we will consider your provided evidence, our internal records, and the terms of service.
– Decision: If the refund is approved, we will determine the amount to be refunded. The amount of the refund may be a portion of the value of the service or the full value.
-Payment: The approved refund amount will typically be returned to the client’s provided payment method within 30 business days.
Exceptional Circumstances:
– If there is a failure to provide a service from Power SEO Agency, the client will be eligible for a full refund.
– If the service cannot be provided due to the information provided by the client, then no refund will be applicable.
– If the client violates our terms of service, they will lose the right to a refund.
Changes:
Power SEO Agency reserves the right to change this refund policy. Any changes to the policy will be published on our website.
